I’m so glad you learned something new! I’ve actually never cooked it this way—I usually cook it over low heat in a saucepan, but that takes lots of work watching over it and flipping the pieces all the time. I’m excited to try out this method and hopefully make things a lot easier for my Sunday morning breakfasts. Thanks again, Blog Chef!
Okay, I’m gonna come forward and admit it, I too, like chewy bacon.
