I’m not sure if this delicious monstrosity—from The Kitchen Sink—may be called a salad. But calling it a salad helps me feel better about eating cheese and bacon.

It really is… I love the blue cheese in it too, I usually have blue cheese as a dressing, but why not crumble it in!
